Running Tours

Group or Individual runs to explore new trails and routes, or help to experience race routes prior to race day. All tours can be customized to suit the individual needs and running pace of all participants. The tours include places like Diamond Head, Manoa Falls, Downtown, Koko Head and more.

Group Running Training

Throughout the year, we hold organized running training in a group format for certain races such as Hapalua Half Marathon, Honolulu Marathon, and X-Terra. These trainings last anywhere from 8-12 weeks with trainings 2 times per week that focus on running skills and distance.

Personal Running Coach

In-person training where we analyze running form and breathing. We teach different types of running workouts that help to prepare clients for races of any distance as well as enhance race performance. These sessions last 60 minutes and are generally held at a park that is convenient to both the client and trainer.
